By accessing or using NovAI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Service
NovAI provides an API gateway service that enables developers to access AI language models through OpenAI-compatible endpoints. Our service includes:
- API access to multiple AI models (DeepSeek, Qwen, GLM, MiniMax, Moonshot)
- Usage-based billing with prepaid balance
- Developer dashboard and API key management
3. Account Registration
To use our API services, you must register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your API keys and account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
- Generating harmful, abusive, or malicious content
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract our proprietary systems
- Overwhelming or attacking our infrastructure
- Reselling our services without written permission
- Creating competing services using our platform
5. Pricing and Payment
Our services operate on a prepaid model:
- Minimum top-up: $5 USD
- Payment methods: PayPal, USDT (TRC20)
- Usage billing: Per-token basis as displayed on our pricing page
- No refunds: For used tokens (see Refund Policy for unused balance)
6. Service Level
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for:
- Outages caused by upstream AI providers
- Force majeure events
- Third-party service failures
7. Data and Privacy
We collect minimal data necessary to operate our services:
- Account information (email, usage logs)
- API request metadata for billing and debugging
- We do not store or train on your API request/response content

8. Intellectual Property
Content generated through our API belongs to you. NovAI retains all rights to our platform, branding, and proprietary technology.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination:
- Your API keys will be revoked
- Unused balance may be refunded per our Refund Policy
- We may retain logs for legal compliance
10. Limitation of Liability
NovAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via email.
