2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available when:
- Your account has unused balance
- The payment was made within the last 30 days

Refunds are NOT available for:
- Used tokens (API requests already processed)
- Payments older than 30 days
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Balances under $5 USD
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your registered email address
- Reason for refund request
- Preferred refund method (original payment method or USDT)
We process refund requests within 5 business days.
4. Refund Methods
- PayPal: Refunded to original payment source
- USDT (TRC20): Refunded to the wallet that sent payment, or a wallet you specify

Payment processor fees (PayPal ~3%) are non-recoverable and may be deducted from refund amounts.
